How do I track my parcel?
To track your parcel, go to our 'Parcel Tracking' page and enter your tracking number. You can also track your parcel via our mobile app or by clicking on the tracking link that was sent to you by email.
My parcel is marked as delivered but I haven't received it, what should I do?
If your parcel is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, first check with members of your household or neighbors. If your parcel is still not found, contact our customer service with your tracking number.
